These terms apply to your use of Goldstone Manage, which is proprietary software of WebbArt Creative LLC ("we"). Patent pending. By signing in or connecting an account, you agree to them.
Your access
Access is by invitation from an agency that uses Goldstone Manage, and only for the purpose you were given it.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under your sign-in.
Your access is recorded, including your sign-ins, the pages you open, your IP address and your device.
We may suspend or end access at any time.
Connecting accounts
Connect only accounts you have the right to connect.
By connecting an account you allow Goldstone Manage to read its data to provide reports and find problems for your business and the agency that serves it.
You can remove a connection at any time.
Confidentiality
What you see in Goldstone Manage is confidential. Do not share, copy, photograph or record it, or describe how it works to anyone outside your organization.
Do not reverse engineer it, or use what you see to build or help build a similar product.
Your data
Your business data remains yours. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
No guarantee
Goldstone Manage reports what connected systems tell it and estimates what problems cost. Figures can be incomplete or late, and estimates are estimates. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, WebbArt Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
