This policy explains what Goldstone Manage collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Goldstone Manage is made and run by WebbArt Creative LLC ("we"). It is used by marketing agencies and by the businesses those agencies serve.
If you connect a Google account, Goldstone Manage asks only for the access it needs. For Google Ads this is the Google Ads permission, which we use to read accounts, campaigns, spend and results. We do not create, change or remove anything in your Google Ads account.
Goldstone Manage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
A business's data is shown only to that business and to the agency that serves it.
Goldstone Manage uses an artificial intelligence service from Anthropic to draft explanations and reports from data already in the product. That data is sent only to produce the result you asked for and is not used to train models.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with companies that help us run the service, under contract and only for that purpose: server hosting, email delivery, and the artificial intelligence service named above. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Connections are encrypted in transit. The keys that let us read a connected account are stored encrypted and are never shown to any person. Personal details of a business's own customers are stored encrypted, and each time a person opens them is recorded.
We keep data while an account is active. Sign-in records are kept for 90 days. When a connection is removed we stop reading from it. When an agency or business closes its account or asks us to delete its data, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
